LBNL Site Access
- An event Registration Confirmation is needed to show on phone or printed to gain access to all LBNL Shuttles.
- For shuttle bus riders from hotels: Site access will be checked outside Bldg 50 Auditorium.
- For Ride Share (e.g., Uber, Lyft) and taxi users: Site Access will be checked at the LBNL Blackberry Gate, which is a ~10-minute hike to Bldg 50 Auditorium.
- For conference attendees who plan to drive: an event registration confirmation (mobile or print) and photo ID will be necessary. A 1 day general parking permit will be issued, but parking is not guaranteed due to limited space and ongoing construction.
- Note: If you requested reserve parking, please email Stephany Tone to confirm the space.
- For conference attendees who have reserved lodging at LBL Guest House, parking is automatically reserved in the Z parking lot.
