On-site participation must have submitted their full registration web site and provide their registration confirmation (print or mobile) plus photo identification to access LBNL shuttles and/or LBNL gates.
If you are staying in a local hotel, LBNL is planning to provide shuttle service before and after the meetings on each day. Any event registrant can access the LBNL shuttle with proof of event registration. There are two reserved shuttles that will run special routes for pick ups and drop offs. Routes schedule to come.
For those selecting “in-person” registration, there is the option to purchase a boxed lunch for $20 for each lunch day selected. It can be ordered at the full registration site mentioned above. The Box Lunches come with a full sandwich, side of a potato or pasta salad, dessert, and an individual beverage. For those attending as part of the P5 panel, a working lunch is made available for Friday, February 24.
If you have already registered but need to make modifications to your submission please following the instructions below;
- In the event site select (Already Registered) field at the top of the screen
- scroll down to the fields you need to change or to the optional items to purchase the lunch options
Note that LBNL cafeteria is closed at this time. Those who do not purchase box lunch have two options.
One is the on-site food truck which is straight downhill for a couple of minutes from the auditorium. You can order food ahead online to save time.
The other is to take the shuttle down to North Gate of the campus, and find many places on Euclid Ave or Hearst Ave to purchase lunch. You can order food ahead online to save time using Snackpass app (Android, iPhone).
