We hope to have a limited amount of funds are available to support the attendance of Ph.D. students at the QuantHEP 2025 Workshop.
Students are eligible to to register for a reduced registration fee.
We also expect to be able to give support to some students who would otherwise not be able to participate. The amount is TBD depending on available funding and total number of requests. Students will have to pay their expenses first, and submit receipts for reimbursements after the workshop. Students may wish to consider sharing a hotel room.
To request student support, the student’s PhD advisor should send a request by email to quanthep_help@lbl.gov by June 30, 2025. You will be notified of the support amount prior to the registration deadline.
