Description
The design of the RD53A pixel readout chip will be described. This is a 2cm x 1.2cm, 65nm CMOS chip with 400 x 192 pixels on 50u x 50u pitch. It was designed by the RD53 collabaration and is now waiting to be fabricated this fall.</p>
