We have reserved a block of rooms at the Ramada by Wyndham Tucson for workshop participants at the UA rate of $103 + tax for a queen room. Unfortunately there is no mechanism for the rate to be automatically applied. Please make a reservation on the web site at the regular rate to reserve your room. Email Sean at spf@arizona.edu and let me know you are at the Ramada. I will let the manager know and when you check out you will get the special rate.
Graduate students who are requesting support and are willing to share a room please do not reserve a room; we will do that for you when you request support. If you are interested in a different hotel, there are a number of hotels available at a variety of prices. There are also BnB options. In either case if you do not have a car you will want to be within walking distance of either the University or the Sun Tram (which is free).
Below we give a partial list based on location (the closer to the University the more expensive). 1 = less than 150 dollars , 2 = 150-250 dollars, 3 = 250-300 dollars, 4 = 300-500 dollars, 5 = 500+ dollars:
