Description
Abstract:
Pacific Microchip Corp. is a design house providing analog and digital IC/ASIC design services since 2006. Our projects are funded either by commercial companies or government agencies through SBIR program. The seminar presentation will overview our areas of expertise, past commercial and SBIR funded projects, and potential projects that might be of interest for LBNL. Recent commercial developments include: Pill endoscope on 130nm CMOS, 4x32Gbps modulator driver on 180nm SiGe, 10-11.3 Gbps transceiver on 65nm CMOS,  wafer scale X-ray imager on 350nm CMOS, etc. Recent SBIR projects include a Cross-correlator on 45nm SOI CMOS, and a Digitizer/Serializer with 32Gb/s output on 45nm SOI CMOS. Currently, we have identified and are working on a few SBIR proposals that might be of value for the HEP community.
